About the Role
Global Finance Group in New York is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance department. As a key executive, you will shape our financial strategy, oversee all financial operations, and provide strategic guidance to support company growth and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions
- Lead the finance team and mentor senior staff
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive financial performance and profitability
- Advise CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven track record in a CFO or senior finance role
- Expertise in corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulations
- Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in M&A and capital markets
