About the Role
Provide compassionate care to our senior residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse. You’ll work closely with our Registered Nurses and Doctors to administer medication, monitor vitals, and support residents’ overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per patient care plan
- Check vital signs and record condition changes
- Collaborate with family and doctors to optimize care
- Prepare accurate health records and submit timely clinical notes
- Assist with activities of daily living when needed
- Educate senior residents and families about health management
Requirements
- Current LPN license in AZ
- 1-2 years in geriatric inpatient care
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient empathy
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal environments
- Proficiency in medical charting software
