About the Role
Lead financial strategy for Summit Financial Advisors as CFO. Oversee accounting, FP&A, and risk management while guiding board-level decisions. You’ll manage a 15-person team serving high net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate financial strategies
- Oversee $200M+ assets under management
- Ensure regulatory compliance across divisions
- Present financial reports to board quarterly
- Direct M&A evaluation and execution
- Optimize capital structure and investments
- Mentor finance leadership team
- Implement financial technology solutions
Requirements
- MBA or CPA certification required
- 15+ years progressive finance leadership
- Asset management industry experience
- Expertise in financial regulations (SEC, FINRA)
- CFA designation preferred
- Proven track record in strategic planning
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with portfolio management systems
