About the Role
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where you will provide essential nursing care to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your role will involve patient monitoring, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ health and record vitals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with patient hygiene and daily living activities
- Collaborate with RNs and doctors to implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide immediate care
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- CPR and BLS certification
