Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their needs
- Recommend products and provide product information
- Process purchases and returns using POS system
- Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory stocking and restocking
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends
