About the Role
Lead our retail store as a Store Manager. You’ll drive sales, build loyal customer relationships, and manage a motivated team. Your leadership will boost community presence and achieve key business goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations and daily activities
- Develop sales strategies and marketing plans
- Train, schedule, and motivate staff members
- Manage customer service, returns, and inquiries
- Control inventory levels and stock management
- Enforce store policies, security, and safety protocols
- Conduct staff performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of retail trends and customer behaviors
