About the Role
Join our team of highly skilled plumbers working on commercial building installations and renovations. You’ll help with plumbing, pipefitting, and equipment installations while learning industry best practices. Your hands-on work contributes to efficient plumbing systems in offices, schools, and hospitality venues.
Responsibilities
- Dig trenches and set up temporary plumbing fixtures
- Measure, cut and thread pipes following blueprints
- Assemble and install plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets)
- Assist lead plumbers with pipe welding and soldering
- Inspect completed work for leaks, alignment, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment storage
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper PPE usage
- Participate in continuing education skills sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or technical school training
- At least 1 year plumbing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics
- Effective communication skills
- Strong time management and project skills
- Comply with OSHA construction safety regulations
