About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to educate and inspire our students. The teacher will develop lesson plans, manage the classroom, and foster a positive learning environment. This role has a significant impact on the academic and social growth of our students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and district standards.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification in the state of employment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with children and parents.
- Experience with educational technology tools.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
