Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software and remote desktop tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Relevant technical certifications or degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with miniExtensions software or similar platforms is a plus.
