Join Speedy Logistics as a remote Customer Service Rep supporting freight operations. Handle shipment tracking, resolve delivery issues, and process billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment ETA’s
- Update TMS system entries
- Process claims documentation
- Coordinate carrier communications
- Generate freight invoices
- Resolve POD discrepancies
Requirements
- 2+ years logistics experience
- TMS software proficiency
- Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Multiline phone system experience
- Detail-oriented approach
- High-speed internet connection
