About the Role
GreenValley Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in our outpatient clinic. You’ll collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and educate patients on health management.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Administer medications and document care plans
- Coordinate with physicians for treatment adjustments
- Educate patients on post-discharge care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license
- ASN required (BSN preferred)
- 1+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
