About the Role
Join our skilled team as a Machinist specializing in precision manufacturing. You’ll utilize advanced equipment to create components that meet strict specifications, delivering quality solutions for national industries.
Responsibilities
- Design, set up, and operate CNC and manual machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment
- Manage inventory of tools, materials, and consumables
- Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks
- Document production workflow and maintain records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of machining experience
- Certificate in Machinist Technology or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of blueprints and industrial standards
- Demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming
- Experience with precision inspection tools
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Must pass physical exam and welding qualification tests
