About the Role
Join Horizon Senior Living as an LPN to provide compassionate care in a 150-bed community. Your work directly impacts our residents’ quality of life by supporting activities of daily living and essential health management.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications per physician’s orders
- Monitor vital signs and health conditions
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals
- Document patient health records
- Collaborate with RNs and care teams
- Ensure compliance with state regulations
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Florida
- Experience in geriatric care
- Strong communication skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Empathy for senior care needs
