About the Role
Experienced Line Cook sought to join our dynamic kitchen team. Prepare high-quality dishes, maintain cleanliness, and support a fast-paced culinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Help with food prep and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive chef.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook.
- Proven culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
