About the Role
Join our thriving marketing agency team as an Office Assistant! You’ll provide essential administrative support across our diverse teams through scheduling, filing, and customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and route callers to appropriate personnel
- Schedule meetings, appointments and client consultations
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records
- Assist with general office errands and supply requests
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports and presentations
- Help maintain reception area and conference rooms
- Coordinate internal team events and catered lunches
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
