About the Role
Bright Beginnings Preschool is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 3-5, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role is ideal for educators who love working with young children and are committed to their growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and communicate with parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support children’s development.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress, and health.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and school policies.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- State teaching certification for early childhood education.
- Prior experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
