About the Role
Join our retail team as a Store Associate and provide excellent customer service while helping to drive sales and maintain a well-organized store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, and stocking merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Stack and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in inventory management and stock counts.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display setups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
