About the Role
Brightwater Elementary seeks a compassionate Elementary School Teacher to foster student growth in a Title I school. Manage classroom activities, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with families to support diverse learners.
Responsibilities
- Develop standards-aligned lesson plans
- Implement PBIS classroom management strategies
- Administer formative assessments
- Lead parent-teacher conferences
- Differentiate instruction for ESL students
- Integrate technology with SMART Board tools
- Maintain IEP documentation compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Education
- State teaching certification (K-6)
- 3+ years classroom experience
- Sheltered English Immersion endorsement
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Familiarity with MAP testing
- Background check clearance
