About the Role
Maplewood Elementary School seeks an enthusiastic 3rd Grade Teacher to create engaging lessons, foster student growth, and collaborate with our dedicated faculty. Help shape young minds in a supportive community environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction
- Assess student progress regularly
- Maintain positive classroom environment
- Implement social-emotional learning
- Communicate with parents regularly
- Participate in staff development
- Attend IEP meetings as needed
- Supervise students during activities
Requirements
- Valid state teaching credential
- Bachelor’s in Education or related
- 2+ years teaching experience
- Knowledge of Common Core Standards
- Classroom management skills
- Commitment to inclusive education
- Technology integration abilities
- Ability to pass background check
