About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Follow care plans and report changes in patient condition
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
