About the Role
Oversee warehouse operations for automotive parts distribution center. Manage teams of 50+ employees to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Lead staff through daily operations, training, and cross-functional projects
- Manage inventory control and optimize workflow processes
- Collaborate with logistics providers for timely shipping/receiving
- Monitor safety programs and enforce OSHA compliance
- Budgeting and financial management for department resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
- Proficient in WMS/ERP systems
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic thinking

- Competitive salary $75,000 – $95,000 based on experience
