About the Role
Join PowerTech Solutions as a Junior Electrical Engineer to work on cutting-edge industrial automation projects. Collaborate with senior engineers on substation design, PLC programming, and troubleshooting. Strong focus on mentorship and career development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing electrical layouts for manufacturing factories
- Program Siemens S7-1200 PLCs for automation control
- Conduct electrical simulations and fault analysis for substations
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Support field technicians during installation and commissioning
- Prepare equipment specifications for procurement bids
- Maintain accurate records of engineering changes and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Completion of an engineering internship within industrial settings
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and SolidWorks
- Knowledge of NEC codes and industry safety standards
- Eagerness to learn Siemens/Rockwell PLC platforms
- Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Effective communication for cross-departmental collaboration
