About the Role
Green Valley Community Clinic seeks a compassionate LPN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You’ll collaborate with healthcare teams to administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and document patient responses
- Perform wound care and basic diagnostic tests
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities
- Assist with patient education and care coordination
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Georgia
- 1+ years clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Flexibility for weekend rotations
