About the Role
Join Rivertown Health & Rehabilitation as a compassionate LPN, dedicated to delivering high-quality resident care. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper treatment administration, medication management, and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Administer scheduled medications and injections
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RNs
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Collaborate with physicians on care plans
- Document patient progress accurately
- Perform wound care treatments and dressing changes
- Assist with medical procedures
- Ensure infection control standards are maintained
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Maryland
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities
- Familiarity with electronic health record software
