About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. This role is critical in delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
