Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings

- Process departmental invoices and purchase orders
- Schedule appointments and arrange logistics
- Answer and direct phone inquiries
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications
- Assist with public records requests
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office and database software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience preparing professional documents
- Discretion with sensitive information
- Local residency within 20 miles
