About the Role
We’re seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, helping patients with daily activities and monitoring their condition. Your work will directly improve the quality of life for our residents/patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating)
- Take and record vital signs
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients
- Document patient information and care provided
- Answer call lights promptly
- Assist with transfers and ambulation
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state
- CPR certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare setting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
