About the Role
As a Critical Care RN, you’ll be a lifeline for patients with life-threatening conditions. Your clinical expertise, leadership, and emotional support create a healing environment where families trust and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Monitor hemodynamic status of patients continuously
- Administer medications and IV drips per physician orders
- Coordinate with respiratory therapists for ventilation management
- Lead rapid response/code blue situations per protocols
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
- Document all patient care activities meticulously in EHR
Requirements
- Active RN license in state of Michigan
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience
- PALS, ACLS certifications
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends
