About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing system issues
- Install commercial piping, drainage, and water systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive services
- Manage backflow prevention programs
- Coordinate with site managers and project supervisors
- Train apprentices and entry-level technicians
- Handle emergency plumbing repairs after-hours
Requirements
- Journeyman plumber license required
- Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing experience
- Certification in PEX pipe systems
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
