About the Role
Advance robotic manipulation capabilities through machine learning research. Develop novel algorithms for warehouse automation systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research innovations into production environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research in robotic manipulation
- Publish findings in top robotics conferences
- Develop sim-to-real transfer methods
- Optimize deep reinforcement learning algorithms
- Design robotic grasping systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers
- Mentor junior researchers
Requirements
- PhD in Robotics, CS or related field
- 3+ years post-PhD research experience
- Publication record in RSS/ICRA/CVPR
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Experience with ROS and Gazebo
- Robotics hardware integration experience
- Reinforcement learning specialization
- Computer vision for robotics background
