About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient symptoms
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Follow established nursing standards and protocols
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
