About the Role
InnovateX seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop cutting-edge cloud applications. You’ll architect solutions across our digital platform while mentoring junior developers. This position works closely with product managers to create scalable solutions impacting millions of enterprise users. Expect to tackle complex technical challenges across the stack while improving system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web applications (React/Python stack)
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical specifications
- Implement DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Write unit/integration tests ensuring code quality
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews
- Research and prototype new technologies
- Participate in agile planning ceremonies
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years professional software development experience
- Proficiency with JavaScript (React ecosystem)
- Python backend development with Django/Flask
- Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure)
- Database design (SQL/NoSQL) and optimization
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- API design and authorization best practices
