Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science/Statistics
- 10+ years experience in data science leadership
- Deep experience with Python & R
- Proficiency in Spark, Hadoop, or similar big data tools
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with SQL databases and ETL processes
- Ability to interpret data for marketing and sales
- Strong communication and leadership skills
