About the Role
Lead the development of autonomous warehouse robotics systems that redefine supply chain efficiency. Own the full product lifecycle from research to deployment for our next-generation logistics robots.
Responsibilities
- Direct robotics engineering team of 25+
- Develop SLAM and pathfinding algorithms
- Design robotic control systems architecture
- Oversee systems integration testing
- Optimize computer vision models for detection
- Manage hardware-software interfaces
- Ensure safety certifications compliance
- Drive adoption of new sensing technologies
Requirements
- PhD in Robotics or related engineering field
- 10+ years in autonomous systems development
- Expertise in ROS/ROS2 and C++
- Experience with LIDAR/vision sensor fusion
- Knowledge of industrial automation standards
- ProvΓ©n people leadership skills
- Experience in supply chain/logistics environment
- Record of robotics patent authorship
