Job Description
About the Role
Lead our infrastructure engineering team to build and scale CI/CD pipelines supporting real-time financial systems. Drive reliability improvements while enabling agile development practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of 8 DevOps/SRE engineers
- Design multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure
- Implement security-focused development pipelines
- Optimize cloud spend and resource utilization
- Develop disaster recovery strategies
- Establish SLOs/SLIs for critical systems
- Mentor engineers on best practices
- Guide technology roadmap decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years DevOps experience with 4+ in management
- Expertise in AWS ecosystem and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Experience with financial compliance (PCI DSS)
- Knowledge of observability stacks (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Background in Python/Go development
- Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
- Proven track record scaling high-availability systems
