- Ensure accessibility standards are upheld
Requirements
- BA/BS in Design or equivalent experience
- 12+ years UX leadership experience
- Expertise in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Deep understanding of user behavior and interaction
- Experience with agile development processes
- Ability to translate strategy into design
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
