About the Role
Lead $1B+ luxury hospitality development portfolio for CBRE’s global advisory group, transforming underutilized properties into premium destinations.
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline of 15+ mixed-use hospitality developments
- Negotiate JV partnerships with Four Seasons/Ritz-Carlton
- Oversee entitlements for urban infill projects
- Structure EB-5 financing for resort developments
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects/contractors
- Analyze market trends using CoStar/PitchBook data
- Present investment memos to sovereign wealth funds
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s in Real Estate (required)
- 12+ years luxury hospitality RE experience
- Expertise in Argus Enterprise modeling
- Proven $500M+ deal closure record
- License: CCIM designation
- SEC/financial regulation expertise
- Fluency in Spanish/Arabic (preferred)
