About the Role
Provide deep financial insights to drive strategic business decisions. You’ll lead complex budgeting processes, forecast financial performance, and partner with leadership to optimize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Perform variance analysis and financial modeling
- Prepare executive presentations & dashboards
- Lead long-term strategic financial planning
- Support M&A due diligence and integration processes
- Partner with operations and sales to optimize revenue
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX standards
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 8+ years of FP&A experience
- CPA certification or CMA designation preferred
- Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Proven record of building financial models
- Deep understanding of corporate finance principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
