Responsibilities
- Originate and execute $1B+ M&A transactions
- Manage senior client relationships with tech CEOs
- Oversee industry analysis & financial modeling teams
- Develop junior bankers through formal mentorship
- Coordinate cross-border transactions
Requirements
- 15+ years investment banking experience
- MBA from top-tier business school
- Proven track record in tech M&A
- Series 79 & 63 licenses
- Global transaction experience
