Lead high-stakes IP litigation for Fortune 100 clients in our top-ranked Intellectual Property practice group.
Responsibilities
- Manage patent disputes in federal courts & ITC
- Develop case strategy for tech sector clients
- Lead trial teams through discovery and motions
- Neglectiate IP licensing agreements
- Mentor junior associates
Requirements
- JD from top 20 law school
- 12+ years patent litigation experience
- Admitted to IL State Bar
- Technical background in EE or CS
- Portable $5M+ book of business
