Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical challenges
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Keep up-to-datewith industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our software development processes and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Python
- Extensive experience with web development frameworks and technologies
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
