About the Role
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and medical history
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
