About the Role
Bright Futures Learning Center seeks a passionate educator to foster student growth in a 3rd grade classroom. This role requires curriculum implementation, differentiated instruction, and collaboration with families.
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans aligned to state standards
- Administer and analyze student assessments
- Maintain positive classroom environment
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Integrate technology into instruction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- State teaching certification
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Knowledge of STEM teaching methods
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Clear background check
