Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess and document patient conditions and progress
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop care plans
Requirements
- LPN license in the state of Texas
- Graduated from an approved LPN program
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Competent in using technology for charting and communication
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
