About the Role
Green Valley Healthcare Center seeks compassionate CNAs to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility. Join our team delivering quality care while maintaining patient dignity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Document care provided accurately
- Assist with meal service and feeding
- Perform routine vital sign checks
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Follow infection control protocols
- Support rehabilitation exercises as directed
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in state
- Current BLS certification
- 6+ months clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Physical stamina for patient transfers
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating shifts
