About the Role
Join Palm Beach Resorts as a Front Desk Coordinator at our beachfront property. This role is the first impression guests experience, offering customer service excellence, reservation management, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in hotel guests professionally
- Manage guest reservations and itinerary requests
- Handle inquiries about hotel amenities and services
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping teams on room availability
- Assist in training new front desk associates
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Proficiency in reservation software/PMS
- Availability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
