About the Role
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility. You will work closely with RNs and physicians to administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
