About the Role
As a Night Auditor at Riverside Hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during the overnight hours. From check-in to check-out, cashier duties to resolving concerns, your role is vital to ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable stay. This position requires attention to detail and a positive, welcoming attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage evening/overnight check-in/check-out process
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Reconcilliate daily hotel ledgers and accounting records
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide local information
- Create and distribute daily shift reports
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with guest luggage
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Basic accounting and cash handling experience
- Strong computer skills, familiar with hotel systems
- Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
