About the Role
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our senior care facility. You’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and physicians. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of elderly care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Assist with daily living activities
- Document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Maintain clean and safe patient environment
- Respond to patient calls promptly
Requirements
- Active LPN license in state of practice
- 1+ years clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of geriatric care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Flexibility for day/night shifts
