About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to help shape young minds in our community. You’ll create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and ensure student success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state educational standards
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain a positive, orderly classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators
- Plan and execute school events and activities
- Provide individualized support for students’ diverse learning needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification
- 2+ years of elementary school teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
